This video was a request from my dark side fans. They wanted me to exercise with out smoking to see what happens to my body as my heart rate goes up. Angel talks to you about how she feels and what she is experienceing. As her body temperture rises she takes off her jacket and starts exerciseing with her back turned away from you so you can see her lungs at work. Out of breath, coughing and wheezeing Angel begs for a cigarette. Her lungs remind her of her addiction as she coughs up phelm. She can't take it anymore and breaks down and has a cigarette. Inhales deeply and holds the smoke deep into her lungs.
